BOOKING DEPOSIT At the time of booking a non-refundable booking deposit of 100 Euro is required to secure the reservation of the apartment for the dates of your stay. The outstanding balance must be paid in full at least eight weeks prior to the date that your stay begins unless your stay begins within eight weeks of the date of booking, in which case you are required to pay the full amount at the time of booking. If the outstanding balance is not be paid in full eight weeks prior to your stay beginning we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If we cancel your reservation due to non-payment you will lose your booking deposit and the apartment will immediately be listed as available for the dates that you had booked. |

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A refundable breakage deposit of 150 Euro must be paid along with the outstanding balance of your reservation. In the event that damage or breakage occurs during your stay please inform our Management Company so that we can make arrangements to repair or replace as necessary for our next guests. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any losses incurred from your breakage deposit, however we do of course recognise that accidents happen and will generally overlook the odd minor breakage.   If no damage or breakage has occurred during your stay, the breakage deposit will be promptly refunded shortly after your stay ends.   Numerous or repeated minor breakages, major breakages, damage to the apartment, it's fixtures or fittings and acts of vandalism will not be tolerated and may result in legal action to recover our costs including loss of rental income. |

PAYMENT All reservations made must be paid in Euro. We accept payment via Bankers Draft, Bank Transfer and online via PayPal, please note however that PayPal imposes a charge of 4% onto us for this facility which we would rather not pass on however we have little choice. For payments not made online we must receive payment of the booking deposit (or full amount as required) no later than one calendar week from the date of bookingand we reserve the right to cancel a booking where the required amount is not received within a week. |

CANCELLATION If you cancel more than eight weeks before your stay is due to begin you will receive a full refund less the booking deposit which is non-refundable. For cancellation within the eight week period prior to the dates of your stay please use the following table:

REFUNDS All refunds due will be made in Euro and as a result, if your bank account is not denominated in Euro you will be subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate. |

SMOKING Whilst we have no objections to guests smoking in the apartment we do insist that guests refrain from smoking in the bedrooms. Please feel free to smoke on the terrace but please use the ash trays supplied. |

| vii. |
NOISE The apartment is located on a complex that is primarily residential, so is generally quiet, we therefore respectfully request that our guests understand this fact and treat our neighbours, who may not be on holiday, respectfully. Please do not make excessive noise whilst in the apartment, on the balcony, or around the complex. Please do not play any music too loud and remember that noise travels on tiled floors, so please remove hard shoes/high heels when inside the apartment or on the balcony and refrain from moving furniture around unnecessarily. |

HEALTH & SAFETY Guests use the apartment and it's facilities at their own risk. We take the Health and Safety of our guests very seriously and regularly check the appliances and fittings in our apartment to ensure their safety, however before you use any of the fittings or appliances you must first satisfy yourselves as to their serviceability. Should you have concerns or become aware of a problem, you must notify either us or our Management Company immediately so that we are able to get the matter resolved. |

SWIMMING POOLS Our guests are fully entitled to use the pool facilities on the complex. Whilst we are confident that the pools are kept clean and serviceable please remember that we are not responsible for the pools and have no control over them or their maintenance. Guests who choose to use the pools do so at their own risk and agree that we will not be held liable for any loss or injury howsoever caused through their use. |

INDEMNITY Guests agree to take responsibility for their own actions and to indemnify us against any and all claims for injury, loss and/or damage howsoever caused. You agree that we, the owners, shall not accept any responsibility for injury to guests or third parties, or for loss or damage to their belongings. |
